Backup4all allows you to send notifications to the Backup4all Monitor application. This way, all your backup executions from multiple computers can be monitored from your computer. (more details here: <https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html>)

Send information to remote monitor
Select this option if you want to enable the Remote monitoring feature.

Server

Address - on this field you can manually enter the monitoring server’s IP followed by the port number and Instance name (example <http://127.0.0.1:9502/Backup4allMonitoringSrv-Test>). You can also press the search icon from the right side of the field to open “ Scan for monitoring servers ” window, where the monitoring servers from your network will be listed.

Instance name - enter the Instance name for the monitor you want to send backup information to. Or you can press the search icon from the right side of the field to open “ Scan for monitoring servers ” window, where the monitoring servers from your network will be listed.

Computer alias
Select this option if you want to use an alias name for this computer.

Test connection
Press this button to test the connection with the Address or Instance name you entered for the Remote Monitor.
