This article will explain all the backup job icons that could appear for running, warnings or errors. The backup job icons will help you to easily recognize a specific backup job or to see which jobs have warnings or errors and try to fix the problems.
In Backup4all you can use the default job icon, you can select another icon from our list of icons or you can use your own icons. Here is the backup job default icon when no action is performed for that job .

If one or more files could not be backed up (not enough user rights etc.), then the Warning icon representing the exclamation mark on a yellow triangle will appear in front of the default backup job icon, after the backup finished. Read the log files (from Jobs -> View log -> Last Backup log) for details about the files that were not backed up. The Warning icon will disappear when the backup is executed again and all files were backed up.
