1. How do I register Backup4all?

Open Backup4all, click on Help and select Register. If you have already bought a license of Backup4all just copy and paste your Registration Name and Registration Key in the Register section. If you don’t own a license yet, you can order it directly by clicking on the Buy Now button. The registration information will be issued immediately after the receipt of payment.

 

2. Where do I enter the Registration key?

To register Backup4all, just follow these steps:

Open Backup4all, click on Help and select Register
Copy and paste the registration information you received by email in the those two fields (Registration Name and Registration Key).

 

3. I have lost my Registration key. What should I do?

If you have lost your registration key please contact us at sales@Backup4all.com. Please specify (if possible) your order number, name and email used to buy online.

 

4. When I try to register, I receive the error "Registration failed". What should I do?

First try to copy and paste the registration information exactly as you have received it in your email (no leading or trailing spaces). Also, you may be running Norton Antivirus Auto Protect or similar software that is preventing programs from adding/modifying registry keys. You will need to disable this type of software temporarily, in order to register Backup4all, as your registration details are stored in the registry.

 

5. Can I use my registration key on two computers?

According to the license agreement your product can only be used on one computer at a time. If you want to use Backup4all on a different computer, first you have to uninstall it from the first computer and re-install it on the second one. To use Backup4all simultaneously on two computers you need to acquire 2 licenses. 6. What are the differences between the three editions of Backup4all (Lite, Standard and Professional)?

Backup4all Professional has all the features enabled, while Backup4all Standard and Lite have limited functionality. In order to help you decide on what edition best suits your needs, please visit the Feature Matrix page.

 

7. What is the difference between the unregistered and the registered versions?

The unregistered version has all the features of Backup4all Professional, but after 30 days you cannot use it unless you register it. Also, even if support is free, registered users get priority support.
