If you register Backup4all, you will receive:

2. How much does Backup4all cost?

Backup4all comes in three editions: Lite, Standard and Professional. For more information on prices and discounts please visit the Order page on our site.

 

3. Can I order Backup4all on CD-ROM?

Yes, Backup4all can be ordered for an additional fee on CD in addition to the download version. To do that, on the ordering page from the payment processor, mark the option CD on Demand. CDs on Demand are generally produced and mailed within one business day following the receipt of payment (Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days).

 

4. Do I need to activate Backup4all?

No, Backup4all does not need to be activated. Once you enter the license information you received upon purchase, Backup4all can be used immediately without any limitations.

 

5. Where can I buy Backup4all from?

To order Backup4all please visit the Buy Now page of our website. After you decided what edition is right for you, just click on the appropriate link. The Buy Now section is available from Backup4all’s Register menu too. To access it, open Backup4all and go to Help->Register and click on the Buy Now button.

 

6. How can I pay for Backup4all?

Our payment processors accept the following payment methods:

credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club are accepted)
wire transfer
checks
cash money (accepted by mail transfer)

 

7. Are the Updates free?

Yes, the Updates are free if you are a registered user of Backup4all. Updates are defined as changes in the minor version number of the product. For example, Backup4all v4.1 is an update from v4.0. The frequency of releasing updates is once every 1-3 months.

 

8. Are Upgrades free?

Backup4all upgrades are paid. Upgrades are changes in the major version number of the product. For example, Backup4all v4.0 is an upgrade from Backup4all v3.3. The frequency of releasing major versions is once every 1-2 years.

 

9. I purchased the commercial version, but still getting the message that Backup4all is unregistered

After you purchase the commercial version you have to copy and paste the registration details exactly as they are displayed in the email you received. If you’re still having problems registering Backup4all, please visit the Registering section for more information.

 

10. I have paid but not received my registration code. What should I do?

If you have paid by credit card / debit card, wire transfer during the online order process, or placed a purchase order, the email with registration details should be delivered immediately. If you didn’t receive an email with registration details please contact us. If you have chosen a payment method different than the ones described above, the delivery of Backup4all will be done after the payment processor confirms the receipt of payment.

 

11. I have paid. What should I do next?

After you have paid for Backup4all an email confirming your order and containing your registration details should be delivered to the email address provided by you on the ordering page. To register Backup4all just copy and paste that registration information into the Register dialog (available through the Help->Register menu).

 

12. My e-mail address has changed. Does Softland need to know about it?

Yes, if you have changed the e-mail address you used to order Backup4all, please send us an e-mail with the new e-mail address at: sales@Backup4all.com

 

13. Can I order Backup4all using a free email address (Yahoo, Google Gmail, AOL, Hotmail)?

Yes, you can choose to use your free email address to order Backup4all, but through a different payment processor (RegNow).

For now we use 3 payment processors, Plimus, ShareIt and Regnow. Plimus and ShareIt don’t allow payments done via free email addresses (like Yahoo, Gmail...) while Regnow allows it. On our site on the buy now page you can see there is an option to choose between them (the Buy from: section) so if you wish to use a free email address select as payment processor Regnow.

 

14. I do not have a credit card, can I still purchase Backup4all?

Yes, you can still purchase Backup4all using one of the other payment methods (bank/wire transfer, checks, cash - prepayment). Just select it from the Method of Payment drop-down menu on the ordering page of the payment processor (after you clicked the buy link from the Buy Now page on our site).

 

15. How can I pay if my browser displays a blank page when I click to order Backup4all?

This problem might occur if you are using any advert blocking technology stopping the browser from loading (or if you don’t have cookies enabled). If you know you are using such technology try to stop it while ordering Backup4all. In case this doesn’t work or you don’t know how to do this, contact our sales team at: sales@Backup4all.com.

 

16. Which company handles the credit card verification and payment?

Credit card verification and payment is handled by our payment processors. Their order process is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient (you can tell that the Order page is protected because the URL displayed in the address bar begins with https:). Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient (or received) securely via the Internet. All of the data entered on the protected pages is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

 

17. Are there volume license discounts?

Yes, we have a volume license discount program available. If you buy more than 2 licenses of Backup4all you can benefit from an important discount.

 

18. Are there educational discounts?
