Can i save other files & folders on my external hard drive although i do a scheduled backup to the external hard drive daily or will it delete my other files and folders. I don't have space on my hard drive in my laptop, therefore i save files and folders on the external hard drive. Will the daily scheduled backup just be another "File" on my external hard drive?

Backup4all creates backup files in destination (your external drive) without deleting the existing files and folders.
You can also use the external drive to save other files and folders.
